External Fulfilment Lead

What we achieve together

  • In your role as External Fulfilment Lead, you will act as the primary partner for commercial training and capability development, translating business priorities into impactful learning journeys that support organisational success.
  • Working closely with Sales, Partnerships and customer-facing teams, you will identify capability gaps, prioritise learning needs and ensure that business objectives are transformed into effective development solutions.
  • Together with Training Development, Training Delivery and Customer Excellence teams, you will continuously improve commercial learning journeys, ensuring alignment, consistency and a seamless learner experience.
  • Your responsibilities will include governing end-to-end training programmes, ensuring that content, delivery and learning outcomes support strategic objectives, customer excellence and regulatory requirements.
  • By building strong relationships with senior leaders, subject matter experts and key stakeholders, you will foster shared accountability for capability development and drive measurable performance improvements.
  • You will oversee quality standards, risk management and compliance processes, ensuring that all learning solutions are scalable, effective and deliver long-term value to the business.

What makes us successful together

  • You hold a qualification in Learning & Development, Business, Organisational Development or a related field, enabling you to bring a structured and strategic approach to capability building.
  • You have substantial experience within Learning & Development, Commercial Enablement or Training Management, including responsibility for designing and governing end-to-end learning programmes.
  • Your expertise includes stakeholder management, performance consulting, learning governance, project management and the ability to translate business strategy into practical and measurable learning solutions.
  • Ideally, you have gained experience working with commercial functions such as Sales, Partnerships or Customer Excellence and are comfortable collaborating with trainers, subject matter experts and content development teams.
  • You are an influential relationship builder with excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders while driving alignment across multiple teams.
