In your role as Manager Digital Pre‑Sales Solution (m/f/d), you shape the next generation of HVAC system planning experiences at the Vaillant Group. You set requirements for a scalable digital system planning solutions that empower sales consultants, key account managers and technical experts across markets — always with the ambition to deliver seamless, precise and highly reliable HVAC systems at every customer touchpoint.

• In your role as functional lead of the HVAC System Planning Team, you coordinate planning workstreams in HVAC product developments and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of planning materials such as hydraulic schemes, product data and BIM models
• Your responsibilities include defining the vision and strategy for digital HVAC planning solutions and aligning them with our go‑to‑market strategy and the needs of our sales community
• Together with interdisciplinary teams, you map planning journeys, translate technical requirements into clear roadmaps, and design scalable, intuitive digital solutions
• After evaluating needs from National Sales Companies, central functions and external users, you convert them into actionable specifications and implementation plans
• You drive automation and artificial intelligence use cases that enhance planning accuracy, reduce manual effort and strengthen the usability of system design tools — with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset
• You establish governance, documentation and third‑level support structures to enable collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You hold a university degree (Master or Diploma) in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a comparable field
• You have more than five years of experience in a highly technical environment — ideally in HVAC system design, technical planning, pre‑sales engineering or in a Product Owner role within digital solution teams
• Know-How & skills: You bring deep technical understanding of HVAC systems, including system design, hydraulics and technical documentation, combined with strong digital affinity, proficiency with AI and design tools (e.g. ChatGPT or prompt engineering), and the ability to translate expert knowledge into scalable digital planning solutions
• You are familiar with digital frontends and user experience principles that help simplify complex systems for planners, installers, architects and sales teams
• Personality: You work with a precise, structured and hands‑on mindset, enjoy collaborating with technical experts, and bring a proactive builder mentality to drive digital planning solutions forward — with strong execution focus
• You are fluent in English (mandatory) and comfortable operating in an international environment – german is a plus, not a must
