As L2O Process Manager, you will shape and continuously improve the way Vaillant Group manages its Lead-to-Order processes across international markets. Acting as the global process and product owner for your assigned process domains, you will ensure business processes, digital capabilities and performance management work seamlessly together to deliver measurable business value.

In this role, you will:

• Own and continuously develop assigned Lead-to-Order (L2O) process areas across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Drive process harmonization, standardization and governance across multiple markets and business units.
• Act as the key link between business teams and IT, translating strategic objectives into scalable processes and digital solutions.
• Own and prioritize the process and product backlog, ensuring delivery focuses on the highest-value business outcomes.
• Define business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting agile solution delivery.
• Partner closely with Salesforce and SAP teams to evolve business capabilities and improve user experience.
• Monitor process performance through KPIs and Process Performance Indicators (PPIs), identifying opportunities for optimization and value creation.
• Use business insights and process analytics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders and drive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT and local market organizations.
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap for Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Offer Management, Pricing, Incentive Management, Contract Management, Customer Account Management and CPQ capabilities.

• Qualification: You hold a university degree in Business, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Experience: You bring several years of experience in Business Process Management, CRM, Digital Transformation, or a related area, including ownership and optimization of business processes in an international environment.
• Know-how and skills: You have strong expertise in Product Ownership, Backlog Management, Agile Solution Delivery, Salesforce, SAP-integrated processes, and Lead-to-Order process management, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and drive measurable improvements through data and KPIs.
• Nice to have: Experience with Jira, ARIS, Celonis, and CPQ solutions is considered an advantage.
• Personality: You stand out through your data-driven mindset, passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and ability to influence and collaborate effectively across a global matrix organization.
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken, and can effectively facilitate discussions with diverse international stakeholders.
