L2O Process Manager

In your role as L2O Process Manager, you will help shape and continuously improve end-to-end business processes that create value for our customers and colleagues worldwide.   • Together with cross-functional teams, you drive the continuous improvement and harmonization of Lead-to-Order processes across international business units.
  • Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing process landscapes, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • By collaborating closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical experts, you translate business requirements into practical process improvements.
  • You contribute to strategic transformation initiatives by developing process standards, governance models, and best practices that support business objectives.
  • Through data-driven insights and performance monitoring, you ensure process transparency and actively support decision-making and continuous improvement activities.
  • Working in an international environment, you facilitate knowledge sharing and foster strong stakeholder relationships to drive successful process adoption and change management.

 

What makes us successful together

  • Qualification: You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
  • Experience: You have professional experience in process management, business transformation, operational excellence, or a comparable environment with cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Know-how and skills: You bring strong analytical capabilities, process optimization expertise, project management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Nice to have: Experience with process frameworks, enterprise applications, continuous improvement methodologies, or process mining solutions is considered an advantage.
  • Personality: You stand out through your collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, proactive approach, and passion for creating positive change within an international organization.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered a plus.
