In this role, you will coordinate the technical backlog, ensuring teams are prepared to initiate development on prioritized items. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of the agreed-upon roadmap and serve as a key representative for the teams during quarterly planning sessions. - Technical Ownership & Platform Delivery: You will lead the end-to-end delivery of innovative platform capabilities that directly enhance our customer-facing portals, ensuring seamless user experiences and scalable architecture.
- Strategic Technical Vision: You will define and communicate a compelling technical vision aligned with our strategic business goals, inspiring your teams and stakeholders alike.
- Backlog & Prioritization: You will prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt within the backlog to maximize value, system stability, and end-user satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You will partner closely with product owners, architects, and development teams to craft well-structured, future-proof technical solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: You will foster collaboration across functions by providing expert guidance on architecture decisions and ensuring consistent implementation of platform components.
- Data-Driven Decisions: You will leverage data, system metrics, and user feedback to make informed decisions that continuously improve our systems and digital experiences.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You hold a relevant university degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, with a strong foundation in software architecture or enterprise systems.
- Experience: You bring extensive experience in Agile product development, particularly in managing technical platforms, APIs, or enterprise solutions such as Product Owner or Solution Owner.
- Know-how and Skills: Your expertise includes translating complex business needs into scalable, reliable technical solutions and a solid understanding of software lifecycle, quality assurance and best practices for secure, high-performing systems.
- Should Have: Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design principles, scalable cloud architectures, and experience in leading cross-functional teams within international settings.
- Personality: You are an analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data, system logs, and usage metrics to inform strategic decisions, who communicates clearly and empathetically.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus and welcome.
