What we achieve together
As a Vaillant Group we are developing IT Site in Katowice and we are planning to build a team of 6 people: Team Lead UI/UX, Senior UI/UX Designers and Design System Designer to manage projects for stakeholder, who mainly include Product Owners of digital products in the R&D and Marketing Management sectors, with additional close cooperation with NSCs. The Senior UX/UI Designer (e-commerce) is primarily responsible for developing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for the entire digital product landscape of the Vaillant Group. This is our scope of responsibilities:
- You will develop user-centered design solutions that balance aesthetic appeal with usability for digital interfaces,
- You will maintain and further develop design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across various products,
- You will execute end-to-end design processes, from user research and concept creation to prototyping and user testing,
- You will create and refine user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to optimize both usability and visual design,
- You will integrate user feedback and analysis results into the design process for continuous improvement of the user experience,
- You will collaborate with development teams to ensure that design proposals are technically feasible and effectively implemented.
What makes us successful together
- Experience: 5 years of professional experience in the field of Interaction and UX/UI Design on the agency or client side as well as degree in Interaction Design / Communication Design (Bachelor / University of Applied Sciences) or a comparable qualification. Proven experience in designing e-commerce platforms and services is required.
- Know-how and skills: you have knowledge of methodologies such as Design Thinking, Scrum, Atomic Design, and other design processes. Additionally, you have a deep understanding of digital processes, prototypes, and technologies.
- Tools: you are proficient in using standard design tools (Figma, Adobe, etc.).
- Personality: You are a reliable, trustworthy and have an open, friendly personality.
- Language skills: Your business-fluent English skills enables you to communicate confidently at all levels.
