Salesforce Project Manager

As Salesforce Project Manager, you will lead internal Salesforce.com (SFDC) initiatives within an hybrid (waterfall and agile) environment, focusing on the Service to Retention (S2R) process. Your mission is to enable incremental value delivery, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that solutions align with business goals and user needs. You will be a key link between business teams and technical experts, managing project lifecycles and leveraging SFDC solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and support the organization’s strategic growth initiatives.

  • You will coordinate with diverse stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, guiding your team through successful project execution.
  • You will drive Salesforce projects forward, fostering transparency, adaptability, and continuous improvement across all phases.
  • You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog, maximizing business value.
  • You will act as a proactive leader, ensuring clear communication across teams and levels, and managing risks and dependencies effectively.
  • You will track progress using KPI metrics like velocity and burndown, and communicate outcomes to keep everyone aligned and motivated.

What makes us successful together

  • Qualification: You hold a relevant university degree or comparable qualification in project management or a related field.
  • Experience: You bring 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within hybrid Salesforce environments.
  • Know-how and skills: You understand service processes and Salesforce capabilities, with familiarity in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or AgilePM.
  • Nice to have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) and experience with process areas like Lead-to-Order or Marketing Automation.
  • Personality: You are a proactive, empathetic communicator who embraces change and empowers teams to deliver value iteratively.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
