In your role as Salesforce L2O Consultant:
- You will design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that strengthen our Lead‑to‑Order processes, working closely with IT teams, product owners and business representatives to ensure smooth, customer‑centric digital journeys.
- Your responsibilities will include managing functional and technical requirements, leading workshops and contributing to project delivery, enabling transparent collaboration with stakeholders across multiple markets.
- By creating and updating platform documentation, conducting user trainings and demos and fostering best‑practice adoption, you will empower colleagues to fully leverage Salesforce capabilities.
- Together with an autonomous, self‑organising team, you will take part in data migration, integrations and cross‑system process design, ensuring seamless information flow across the Vaillant ecosystem.
- You will mentor junior consultants, support their development and contribute to a learning‑driven team culture that values collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement.
- By staying up to date with Salesforce releases and industry trends, you will help us enhance our global digital sales landscape and drive meaningful innovation for our customers and partners.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You bring 3–5 years of experience in designing Salesforce processes, ideally within Sales Cloud, including implementing solutions in both Classic and Lightning environments.
- Experience: You have hands‑on experience with Lightning migration, service‑related processes such as contracts, orders or invoicing and a strong understanding of reporting, dashboards and analytics capabilities within Salesforce.
- Know‑how and skills: You demonstrate solid knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, validation rules and advanced automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder; experience with AppExchange, data integration tools, Jira, Confluence, SOQL and Salesforce Workbench strengthens your profile further.
- Nice to have: Experience with Marketing Cloud, advanced analytics, third‑party integrations or additional Salesforce certifications is welcome.
- Personality: You show excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the initiative to take ownership of complex tasks; you enjoy guiding others and thrive in dynamic, cross‑functional environments where priorities evolve quickly.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in English, enabling smooth collaboration with international stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation.
