In your role as SAP Project Manager:
- You will lead our most strategic SAP projects within the Order‑to‑Cash landscape, creating solutions that enhance sales, marketing and service processes while supporting our global transformation journey.
- Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross‑functional resources, defining project scopes and ensuring that milestones, deliverables and timelines are met with reliability and transparency.
- Together with an international network of Global Process Owners, consultants and business stakeholders, you ensure effective communication, alignment of expectations and strong collaboration throughout the full project lifecycle.
- You take ownership of end‑to‑end SAP O2C project delivery, including risk management, dependency tracking and the implementation of corrective measures to guarantee successful outcomes.
- By conducting workshops and training sessions, you ensure smooth user adoption, clear understanding of O2C processes and consistent application of best practices across our global organisation.
- You monitor and evaluate project performance using appropriate methods and tools, enabling continuous improvement and creating measurable value for our customers and internal partners.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, information technology or a comparable field, providing the foundation for managing complex process and system landscapes.
- Experience: You bring more than five years of project management experience, including expertise in SAP Order‑to‑Cash areas and delivery of CRM or ERP projects, supported by strong knowledge of O2C processes such as pricing, sales order handling, billing and credit management.
- Know‑how and skills: You demonstrate hands‑on experience with SAP SD and its integration into FI and MM, as well as proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira; familiarity with SAP Fiori and international rollouts is an advantage.
- Nice to have: SAP SD certification or project management certification, along with knowledge of additional SAP process areas like P2P, R2R or F2S, would be welcome additions to your skillset.
- Personality: You show exceptional communication and leadership skills, paired with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts and navigate competing priorities with confidence and empathy; your proactive mindset, critical thinking and cultural awareness make you a valuable contributor in global environments.
- Language skills: You feel comfortable communicating in English in your daily work, enabling seamless collaboration with international stakeholder.
