- You design and implement end‑to‑end business solutions within SAP S/4HANA Service, covering enterprise service models, service contract management, spare parts logistics and integration with field service operations, ensuring robust and future‑ready service processes.
- Your responsibilities will include advising and supporting business stakeholders in the introduction, optimisation and further development of service‑related processes and applications across Vaillant Group.
- Together with the Enterprise Architect and software development teams, you coordinate solution definitions and ensure alignment with global architecture, standards and long‑term digital strategy.
- By conducting user trainings and maintaining high‑quality documentation, you enable confident system usage and sustainable knowledge transfer within international teams.
- You steer and coordinate external partners and service providers, ensuring effective collaboration and consistent delivery quality.
- Through continuous analysis and improvement of existing applications and processes, you actively contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You bring extensive experience as an SAP consultant with a strong focus on SAP S/4 Service, SAP Customer Service and/or SAP Customer Relationship Management, positioning you as a trusted subject‑matter expert.
- Experience: You have hands‑on experience in service‑related SAP implementations and process optimisation, ideally within complex, international environments.
- Know‑how and skills: You demonstrate SAP functional and technical expertise in one or more adjacent modules such as Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Plant Maintenance or Master Data Governance, enabling strong cross‑module integration. You are experienced in working with agile delivery methods and feel comfortable collaborating in dynamic, interdisciplinary teams.
- Nice to have: Cross‑module integration knowledge and exposure to field service or service logistics scenarios will further strengthen your profile.
- Personality: You stand out through your proactive mindset, structured way of working and strong sense of ownership; your collaborative and empathetic communication style supports trust‑based cooperation across cultures and functions.
- Language skills: You communicate fluently in business English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
