- You will oversee onboarding/offboarding, recruitment, and employee development to ensure seamless administrative workflows and an outstanding candidate experience
- You will drive continuous improvement of product and component strategies and lead the implementation across the HVAC software stack
- You will build and nurture relationships with suppliers and service providers to secure reliable infrastructure components
- You will develop and execute the technical roadmap, create software architecture, and align with Product Owners and agile coaches for quarterly planning
- You will provide technical guidance and coach your team to deliver robust, maintainable C++ software on embedded Linux
- In collaboration with the team, you will govern quality processes, define the DoD, and orchestrate post-mortems and load testing to prepare for future growth
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: A university/master’s degree, and a minimum of five years of work experience, with demonstrated expertise in C++ software development and agile embedded software product or technology development
- Experience: Proven leadership of teams and experience in project deployment and PMO, with familiarity in sustaining projects and processes
- Know-how and skills: Strong technical knowledge in C++ and embedded Linux, HVAC domain knowledge, familiarity with SAFe and agile R&D practices, and embedded software architecture experience
- Nice to have: Additional language skills, experience with external partnerships and supplier management, and experience with load testing and DoD alignments
- Personality: Strategic thinker with strong coaching and development skills, excellent collaboration and communication, and a passion for solving complex technical and business challenges
- Language skills: Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
