What we achieve together
- You will advise and support the customer in the introduction and further development of processes and applications in the area of quality management in an international context.
- In this role you will cover SAP Quality Management (SAP QM) with facets such as incoming goods inspection, inspection in the ongoing production process, product audit, and processing of defective products.
- As the QM contact person, you will lead the introduction and optimization of SAP S/4 in the Vaillant Group's plants and warehouses, leveraging modern project management methods.
- In addition, you can be responsible for applications with direct and indirect interfaces to SAP QM—the Quality Management ecosystem.
- The Global QM template will be optimized, rolled out to new entries, and supported as a 3rd line of support by you (DevOps model).
- Finally, you will conduct training sessions for your area and provide the necessary tools and documentation.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification and have sound professional experience in a demanding production environment.
- Experience: You are very familiar with quality management processes in production and procurement in all variants; knowledge of other applications in the QM environment (e.g., CAQ reporting) is desirable.
- Know-how and skills: You have SAP S/4 and/or R/3 knowledge, solid QM process knowledge, and basic knowledge about Project Management, ITIL, automations and AI.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of other QM applications (CAQ reporting) and experience with the SAP QM ecosystem; training experience is advantageous.
- Personality: You are open and trustworthy, you communicate confidently at all levels, and you bring a collaborative mindset with high initiative and motivation.
- Language skills: Very good English; you communicate confidently at all levels. Other language skills are welcome but not required.
