- In this role as Data Migration Project Manager, you coordinate all data‑related activities in our global rollout and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Together with interdisciplinary teams, you plan, prepare and execute work packages across data preparation, mapping, validation, testing and migration.
- Your responsibilities include guiding colleagues on migration strategy and execution, ensuring quality delivery within scope, budget and schedule.
- By aligning teams working with different technologies such as Salesforce and S/4HANA, you ensure a smooth and coordinated migration approach.
- After analyzing and evaluating business requirements, you support the creation of a robust and future‑proof data governance structure.
- By managing transparent stakeholder communication, you ensure effective steering, risk mitigation and clarity across all levels
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You hold a master's degree in management and economics, business informatics or a comparable field.
- Experience: You bring several years of experience in managing strategic information technology projects, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Know‑how and skills: You demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA and Salesforce rollouts and understand integrated processes, technical requirements and data structures. You have experience in coordinating onshore and offshore teams as well as collaborating with external service providers, including contract preparation. You contribute to overall resource planning and ensure high‑quality delivery in complex environments.
- Nice to have: Experience working in international and cross‑functional structures is a strong advantage.
- Personality: You are structured, empathetic and globally minded, with excellent communication and presentation skills across all business levels
- Language skills: You speak fluent English and are comfortable working in an international setting; occasional travel of up to 25% may be required for on‑site workshops
