Legal Tech&Ops Specialist

What we achieve together

  • You will administer and maintain digital systems for the FL team, especially the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)  tool, ensuring optimal performance, user adoption, and alignment with business needs.
  • You will manage the Legal Intake and Matter Management system, including configuration, user support, and reporting, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement updates and integrations.
  • You will drive continuous improvement of contracting processes, system configurations, and knowledge sharing around CLM, coordinating CLM roll-out projects and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • You will oversee administration, control, and archiving of contracts, templates, and repositories within Vaillant Group’s CLM tool, monitoring workflows and performance.
  • You will support FL in day-to-day operations, including data management, reporting, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for legal technology and operations.
  • You will design and deliver training sessions and material for legal tech tools, create user guides and FAQs, and act as a change agent to promote adoption across the organizatio

 

What makes us successful together

  • Qualification: You will hold a university degree (bachelor/master’s or equivalent) in law, business administration, or IT. Familiarity or experience in legal tech and/or CLM tools is an advantage..
  • Experience: You will bring project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and practical experience in a legal tech/operations environment or contract lifecycle management.
  • Know-how and skills: You will demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, and problem-solving abilities (RPO: Tech skills / Configuration skills not needed in my view. If you want to use it, make it a separate point and say, it is a plus, not a need-to-have).
  • Nice to have: You will have experience with change management and training design; experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., Vaillant) is a plus.
  • Personality: You will be a collaborative and empathetic teammate who thrives in cross-functional teams and creates an inclusive, supportive working atmosphere.
  • Language skills: You will be business fluent in English, with German knowledge considered an advantage.
