Become part of the business transformation program at Vaillant Group in which we are deploying a highly integrated Salesforce and SAP template to various countries within the group. We are searching for a Project Manager who can lead the IT delivery from rollout preparation to successful go-live in the entities supported by the business transformation program management and end-to-end IT Teams.
- You will lead a hybrid business and IT rollout team, managing operations in a dynamic international environment.
- Your responsibilities will include implementing SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce across our global Sales & Service sites, based on a centrally integrated template.
- Together with a team of consultants, you will present innovative processes and functionalities to business units, identify gaps, and guide the team to a successful GoLive.
- You will identify required resources and coordinate with expert teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Your tasks will also include planning data migration in close collaboration with process teams.
- You will collaborate with parallel rollout teams, internal consultants from all functional disciplines, and external implementation partners, working within classically managed teams.
- You will coordinate with stakeholders such as program and change management, and report directly to program leadership.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have completed a degree in economics, engineering, computer science or a comparable field.
- Experience: You bring several years of experience in managing complex IT implementation projects or have played a key role in at least two to three rollout projects.
- Know-how and skills: You possess solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or SAP S/4 ERP and are ideally certified in project management (e.g. Prince2, PMI).
- Nice to have: Experience in working with international teams and external implementation partners is a plus.
- Personality: Your open and trustworthy nature, strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and hands-on mentality make you a valued team player.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
