- You will prepare annual financial statements, CIT calculations (including tax reliefs), and declarations, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and tax regulations.
- You will support the consolidation process, preparing group reports and tax notes that reflect our shared success across borders.
- You will handle monthly VAT declarations and contribute to timely, accurate financial reporting for Polish authorities and internal stakeholders.
- You will be the operational backbone of our finance activities, managing financial data, internal controls, and reports with precision.
- You will act as a trusted business partner to management, providing financial insights to support strategic decisions and performance improvements.
- You will support the optimization of business processes and contribute to the seamless integration within the Vaillant Group, fostering a proactive, growth-oriented environment.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Controlling.
- Experience: You have several years of professional experience working in an international environment in finance and you have proven experience with preparation of financial statements and CIT calculations.
- Know-how and skills: You are familiar with Polish and IFRS accounting standards, group reporting, and tax reliefs like R&D and PSI. Your SAP skills (SAP BI/BW, Analysis for Office) are well developed.
- Nice to have: Experience with FP&A, internal controls, or managing external financial service providers would be advantageous.
- Personality: You are analytical, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator. Your problem-solving mindset and adaptability help you thrive in dynamic settings.
- Language skills: You possess very good written and spoken English, enabling confident communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
