What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: You bring practical experience in IT consulting or service management, ideally within international or multicultural teams.
- Know-how and skills: You possess experience with the Salesforce environment, especially Service Cloud and Field Service, along with knowledge of customer service processes.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus, as it enhances your ability to succeed within structured service management frameworks.
- Personality: You are open-minded, trustworthy, and communicate confidently at all levels, fostering positive relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Language skills: You are fluent in English, with excellent communication skills that enable you to effectively navigate linguistic and cultural differences.
