• You will help turn customer needs and new technological developments into real projects, following the Vaillant Group New Product Development Process.
• You will drive cost-reduction and quality-improvement initiatives for products and components.
• You will support roll-out projects for different markets and help make sure products are launched on time.
• Working closely with the project team and other stakeholders, keeping communication open and collaboration strong.
• Keeping an eye on new technologies and bring fresh ideas to innovation and pre-development projects that support our strategic goals.
• When engineering changes come up due to customer or supplier requests, standards, quality improvements, or technological developments, you’ll help manage the process from approval and implementation through to documentation.

What makes us successful together

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred and will be considered a strong asset for this role.
• Experience: If you have up to 5 years of R&D experience in the heating, cooling, and ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) industry, along with some experience in product development and project management, you could be a great fit for our dynamic team.
• Knowledge and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and having experience with SAP and PLM systems, as well as design tools such as Creo and Windchill, would help you stand out in this role.
• Language Skills: Good command of English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international business environment.
• Personal Competencies: Strong project management and stakeholder management, excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, communication, team-oriented mindset. results-driven, innovative, and committed to continuous learning and improvement  skills will help you succeed as part of our team.
