- Support the Project Management Team in managing small- and medium-scale project requests from business units, including requirement gathering, analysis, solution development, and coordination activities.
- Assist in tracking project progress by preparing project reports, presentations, and meeting materials, while supporting the organization of project-related meetings.
- Participate in project and stakeholder meetings alongside Project Managers, document key discussions, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor Change Request (CR) processes, collaborate with business units to analyze requirements, and help prioritize enhancements in alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate with software development teams to plan, track, and communicate the status of change requests, ensuring smooth execution through production deployment.
- Support incident and maintenance activities by coordinating with business stakeholders and development teams to facilitate issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
What makes us successful together
- Education: 3rd-year university student (preferred for the 2026/2027 academic year) in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office applications and project/process management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Language Skills: Strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
- Personality: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Professional Interest: Passion for project management and a strong interest in building a future career as a Project Manager.
- Additional Strengths: Effective reporting, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
