Job Description
Demand Planner

Company: Demir Döküm Industrial   Location: Istanbul-TUR, Bilecik-TUR   Country: Türkiye (TR)  BrandDemirDöküm

What we achieve together

  • You will monitor daily and weekly demand to take necessary actions and communicate product stock arrival dates with Sales teams and other Supply Chain functions.
  • You will perform optimum inventory planning and tracking for selected finished/commercial products, analyze deviations, and manage corrective actions.
  • You will maintain demand-production-inventory balance through regular meetings with the Bozüyük production facility and local suppliers.
  • You will manage local procurement/supplier processes for selected products, initiate purchase orders, and follow up until stock entry.
  • You will support product phase-in/phase-out processes within the supply chain.
  • You will prepare and present demand, inventory, procurement, and other supply chain reports.
  • You will contribute to process and cost optimization projects related to Supply Chain.

  • Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical), Business Administration, or Economics opens the door to exciting career opportunities within our company.
  • Experience: With more than 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Supply Chain functions, you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic team.
  • Know-how and Skills: Proficiency in advanced MS Office programs, advanced reporting skills, and strong process knowledge with the ability to analyze and optimize workflows will allow you to make a meaningful impact.
  • Language Skills: Strong command of English to communicate effectively on an international level.
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of SAP is an advantage and will support your success in this role.
  • Personality: Strong planning and organizational skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication and cooperation skills will set you apart.
