Controlling Manager

NE YAPACAKSINIZ

• Reporting to Regional Controlling Manager & Leading a team of controllers.
• Supervising the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely, accurate comparable and reliable financial figures.
• Coordinating and assisting team to work on local Budget and Forecasting processes, delegating workforce with attentive to deadlines while collaboration with other departments. 
• Coordinate the flow of information to external auditors for the annual audit. 
• Assist the preparation of corporate annual reports of in line with the local regulatory requirements.
• Establish necessary tools to monitor, analysis and the reporting of the key business and financial drivers, expenditures, costs.
• Ensure compliance to VG Accounting Guideline and International Financial Reporting Standards as well as regulatory requirements with oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems. 
• Training of new members of the team, organizing and delegating workforce resources, help to develop individuals to reach the individual and department goals.
   

NE GETİRİYORSUNUZ

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, and related fields.)
• Very good command English and German language is an asset.
• 7 to 8 years of experience in controlling, financial reporting or financial audit departments and have practical experiences to lead a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team player, attentive to deadlines, good communication skills, attention to details.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience of SAP(FI/CO) BW would be an advantage.
