• Channel Development & Coordination: Develop channel development and budget plans with sales force. As central controller, monitor regional progress and coordinate to ensure plan execution.
• Process Improvement & Traditional Channels: Drive process improvements on dealer support, gift management, and award coupons to boost order rates. Manage traditional channels such as Home Building Materials City and Home EXPO.

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in the HVAC or home appliance industry in channel, product, or strategic marketing. Relevant certificates or licenses are an advantage.
• Experience: Strong background in trade marketing, promotion, designer events, and channel management. Solid understanding of the home appliance sales model.
• Know-how: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with basic project management skills to lead cross-functional projects independently.
• Personality: Passionate, reliable, responsible, with strategic thinking and a customer-oriented mindset. Creative, self-organized, honest, and a strong team player.
• Language: Excellent communication skills and good English, both oral and written.
