- Support various stages of the recruitment journey, including job advertisement postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and follow-up activities.
- Take part in training and development initiatives by assisting in the preparation of learning materials, organizing sessions, and contributing to employee engagement activities.
- Assist with HR reporting, documentation, and administrative processes, helping to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across daily HR activities.
- Collaborate on internal communication and employer branding projects by preparing visual content, announcements, and promotional materials using digital design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations while actively supporting ongoing projects and contributing ideas that enhance employee experience and communication.
