What we achieve together
- Support to build up Heat Pump service network
- Communicate and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure the implementation of the service end of the heat pump product launching stage, including technical training, spare parts reserve, etc.;
- For heat pump difficult technical problems, give regional service team support and solutions;
- Responsible for the collation of heat pump product quality issues, tracking and solution implementation, to promote the improvement and enhancement of quality issues.
- By collecting daily heat pump technical problems, continuously summarise and update the knowledge base and training materials;
- HP installation quality check and monitoring
What makes us successful together
- More than 5 years working experience, thermal engineering related majors, bachelor degree or above, heat pump, boiler and other related technical support work experience is preferred;
- Skilled in the use of office software, with strong programme writing skills.
- Good at learning, strong learning ability for new technology and new products;
- Proactive work, good communication and coordination skills, with some project management skills;
