- As a Cost Analyst for the purchasing department, you will be responsible for avoiding, controlling and reducing the manufacturing cost of our products.
- You will manage ACC (Absolute Cost Control) lists for R&D projects, consult project managers and industrial teams and be able to draw cross-comparisons between projects and uncover additional potential. Bringing people together to implement this cost potential.
- Ability to set up a Make or Buy concept, coordinate it with stakeholders and present it to the management.
- You will be defining target costs for purchased parts and pre-products, communicating potential, identifying and implementing counter measures.
- Organisation and guiding purchasing cost negotiations and enforcing the Target in negotiations with a tough but smart attitude will be in your scope of responsibility.
- Your responsibility will be also preparing and leading internal cost workshops (e.g. cost out workshops, product clinics).
- You will be preparing and executing cost analysis training to the industrial teams.
What makes us successful together
- Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor or Master's degree), e.g. in technical field, economics.
- You can draw on several years of professional experience in cost analysis , cost calculations skills in manufacturing technologies.
- You are confident in communicating in fluent English; additional German language skills are welcome.
- Your strengths include communication and presentation skills and ability to explain complex issues briefly and to the point.
