• Operational responsibility in international sourcing and contract management:
  Independent execution of international requests for quotation and tender processes, preparation of technical and commercial bid evaluations, as well as autonomous negotiation and tool processing , machinery, and equipment contracts in coordination with the Legal Department – with a dedicated focus on the Senica plant.
• Operational supplier and project management with technical understanding:
  Contributing to the development and expansion of an international supplier portfolio, including audits, supplier assignments, and the coordination of external partners. Responsible for ensuring on‑time and quality‑compliant project execution as well as implementing cost‑reduction measures.
• Operational responsibility for national tool management:
  Support for R&D projects and production sites through tool demand analyses, negotiation of tool concepts and designs, preparation of method plans, and execution of design approvals as well as internal and external tool acceptances. Commissioning and monitoring of required tool modifications.
• Operational support of international procurement through RFQ (Request for quotation) and offer evaluations, assistance in supplier meetings, and preparation of framework agreements. Ensuring material availability as well as structured order and invoice processing, including participation in process optimization activities.

• Qualifications: Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor's degree or Tool Maker with additional qualifications), e.g manufacturing or design/production engineering.
• Know-how & Tools: You can rely on min. 5 years of professional experience in tool manufacturing or maintenance. Relevant vocational training (tooling mechanic), or several years of practical experience as a sheet metal tooling mechanic.
• Personality: A high level of team spirit, strong coordination skills and effective prioritization as well as decisiveness and implementation strength make you unique. In addition, you are open to change and have a high affinity for mechanical engineering.
• Languages: Your confident English skills (verbal & written) mean that nothing stands in the way of group-wide communication.
