• As Europe’s leading heating company, the myVaillant app plays a key role in achieving our vision of improving climate conditions at home and around the world. It enables customers to monitor and control their heating systems, access services, and benefit from advanced energy management features
• In your role, you will take ownership of scaling and continuously improving our flagship digital solution used by hundreds of thousands of customers
• You will define and drive the product strategy, manage dependencies, and lead cross‑functional collaboration to deliver scalable digital solutions
• Acting as a strong advocate for our HVAC customers, you will continuously increase customer satisfaction and ensure efficient handling of support and incidents
• Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining the product roadmap, writing requirements, and coordinating closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and scaling
• By working in an international and highly collaborative environment, you will contribute to the success of the app through effective backlog management and strong teamwork

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: You hold a Master’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
• Experience: You bring extensive experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role within complex environments
• Know-how & skills: You have a strong track record in defining and executing digital product strategies and are experienced with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Technical understanding: You are able to align multiple priorities and stakeholder requirements, supported by a solid understanding of software architecture and development processes
• Personality: You enjoy working in international and interdisciplinary teams, bring a proactive “can‑do” mindset, and are motivated to turn product visions into reality
• Languages & tools: You are fluent in English, have good German language skills, and are confident using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and MS Office
