• Your responsibilities will include leading production teams across three rotating shifts to consistently meet plan attainment, efficiency targets, and high-quality standards, while promptly addressing variances and identifying future risks.
• By using and maintaining our visual management and quality systems, you ensure full compliance with our Operations Processes and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. 
• After analysing and evaluating business requirements, you take immediate action to eliminate root causes of deviations and secure uninterrupted production performance. 
• Together with interdisciplinary colleagues, you take part in new product introduction activities and contribute to Innovation Processes that bring new ideas into serial production. 
• You will act as an ambassador for a high compliance culture, supporting our industrial workforce in building a safe, respectful, and sustainable work environment. 

What makes us successful together

• You bring a relevant management or engineering qualification, or equivalent practical expertise suited for a manufacturing leadership role.
• You have significant experience leading teams of five or more people within a production environment, demonstrating reliable team development and performance leadership. 
• You offer sound engineering and assembly methods knowledge, strong Health and Safety awareness, and a confident command of Lean Manufacturing principles and other business improvement methods 
• Additional certification in Health and Safety or continuous improvement methodologies strengthens your ability to contribute to our digital and operational transformation. 
• You are an empathetic, structured, and inspiring leader who communicates clearly, motivates people, and acts with a strong sense of responsibility and respect 
• You are proficient using Windows-based systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
