- You will act as a trusted technical partner, translating stakeholder requirements into effective rule-based monitoring and dashboards that make data quality transparent and measurable.
- You will drive continuous improvement by refining existing data quality rules and collaborating with global teams to identify and remediate data issues.
- You will support data governance standards by establishing governance readiness, performing data profiling, and ensuring compliance across SAP ECC, S/4, MDG, and Salesforce systems.
- You will contribute to data quality projects, providing insights, assessments, and best practices that empower business stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- You will promote knowledge sharing and conduct training sessions to foster a culture of data excellence within our organization.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Experience: You bring 6+ years of proven expertise in data management or data quality roles, with strong knowledge of SQL, Databricks dashboards, and SAP systems.
- Know-how and skills: You excel in data profiling, rule-based monitoring, root cause analysis, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Nice to have: Experience with data governance frameworks, project management, and familiarity with data cleansing initiatives are advantageous.
- Personality: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to manage complex initiatives with confidence.
- Language skills: You are fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus to support our global teams.
