- Shipment Management: tracking inbound/outbound deliveries via road or air including the management of our claim’s portal for internal and external transport claims.
- Operations: Working closely with returns products and processes involves a highly hands-on workload, focusing on the physical and administrative handling of items sent back by customers.
- Documentation: Preparing and verifying shipping documents, such as invoices and customs paperwork.
- Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for carriers and our 3PL, warehouse staff, and clients regarding tracking or exceptions.
- Inventory Control: Updating inventory databases to ensure accurate stock levels and replenishment.
- Problem-Solving: Resolving logistical bottlenecks, such as rerouting delayed shipments or handling courier issues.

- You bring proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and feel confident navigating logistics or warehouse management systems.
- You have demonstrated experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain environments and are comfortable operating in a fast paced operational setting.
- You communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders and work with accuracy, focus, and a sense of responsibility.
- You manage several tasks simultaneously and remain calm and solution oriented under pressure.
- Experience working with carriers, third party logistics providers, or return handling processes is an advantage.
