Customer Support Administrator 2 year Fixed Term Contract

What we achieve together

  • Based at our site at the Castlewood Business Park near junction 28 of the M1 you will take customer phone calls, respond to their inquiries, complaints and assist them with completion of orders, identifying the spare parts required or help planning deliveries, all while remaining polite and professional.
  • Resolving customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, following up to ensure a successful resolution.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and archiving documents.
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Providing information on both product and services to resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring excellent service standards are delivered to and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in providing customer service support is essential for this role.
  • A working knowledge of customer service software/tools and experience working with SAP would be advantageous. 
  • Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise are crucial.
  • Strong telephone handling skills and active listening are important.
