CAD Expert Operational Support

Company: Protherm Production s.r.o   Location: Skalica-SVK   Country: Slovakia (SK)     BrandProtherm

What we achieve together

  • In this position, you will provide CAD user support for all Group locations and resolve model errors
  • Your responsibility will be to analyze CAD processes and implement improvement suggestions
  • Part of your work will include defining and updating CAD templates (start models, drawing frames, symbols) and documenting PLM/CAD use cases
  • You will contribute to testing new software versions and organizing user training sessions, as well as coordinating with the PTC software provider
  • You will collaborate with IT on hardware configuration and license management, ensuring the operational availability of CAD applications
  • Your role will involve coordinating the CAD roadmap and developing applications together with key users

What makes us successful together

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g., Technical Product Designer)
  • You have experience working with 2D/3D CAD software, preferably PTC solutions, strong IT skills and solid understanding of CAD methodologies 
  • You have a general understanding of product development (considered an advantage)
  • You are analytical and results-oriented in your approach
  • You are fluent in  English, both written and spoken
