What we achieve together
- You will manage the operations of Panel Radiator and Part Production Paint Shops.
- You will ensure surface preparation, cathodic dip coating (KTL), and powder coating processes meet company and customer quality standards.
- You will monitor critical process parameters such as tank chemistry, oven temperatures, and coating thickness.
- You will lead improvement activities in collaboration with R&D, Maintenance, Purchasing, and other stakeholders.
- You will manage maintenance planning (TPM) and ensure operational continuity of all equipment.
- You will plan and control Capex, Opex, and resource utilization within the paint shop.
- You will identify cost reduction opportunities by monitoring energy and material consumption.
- You will ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental regulations, and company standards.
- You will lead, develop, and manage the paint shop team.

- Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or Paint Technology opens the door to exciting career opportunities within our company.
- Experience: Preferably 2 or 3 years of experience in paint shop or similar production environments you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic team.
- Know-how and Skills: Knowledge of surface treatment and coating processes (KTL, powder coating, pretreatment), production planning, process improvement methodologies , SAP and MS Office will allow you to make a meaningful impact.
- Language Skills: A good command of English is required to work in an international business environment.
- Personality: Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, leadership skills and effective communication abilities will help you succeed as part of our team.
