• Leading health, safety, environmental, and sustainability programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and Vaillant Group standards.
• Driving ISO management systems and audit activities to strengthen operational excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing environmental and sustainability activities, including waste management, carbon footprint initiatives, and environmental performance programs.
• Identifying HSE risks and implementing preventive actions to improve workplace safety and operational reliability.
• Representing the company in audits, inspections, and external relations while collaborating with local and international stakeholders on HSE and sustainability topics.

• Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline opens the door to exciting career opportunities within our company.
• Experience: Preferably at least 10 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, waste management, and occupational health and safety, including leadership experience, will provide you with the opportunity to join our dynamic team.
• Know-how and Skills: Knowledge of environmental legislation, ISO management systems, Six Sigma methodologies, risk management, and auditing processes will allow you to make a meaningful impact.
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is required to work effectively in an international business environment.
• Certificates: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 auditor certifications, NEBOSH certification, Occupational Safety Expertise certification (Class A or B), and Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications are preferred.
• Personality: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills will help you succeed as part of our team.
