- In your role as UK HR Payroll Manager you will oversee and direct payroll procedures for multiple payrolls across several legal entities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Your responsibilities will include managing all postings and reporting for internal systems and government gateways, maintaining compliance at all times.
- Together with external SAP consultants, you will act as the main contact for system configuration and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
- By proactively developing reconciliations and analysis, you will keep payroll data accurate and up to date.
- You will lead key strategic payroll-related projects such as implementing time and attendance systems, managing benefits-in-kind (BIK) compliance, and ensuring adherence to minimum wage regulations.
- You will apply your project management expertise to deliver these initiatives successfully while collaborating with HR, Finance, and external partners.
What makes us successful together
- You hold a relevant qualification in payroll, HR, or finance.
- You bring proven experience as a payroll technician, ideally with exposure to complex payroll environments.
- You are fully competent in SAP payroll systems and HMRC reporting, and you communicate effectively across departments.
- Experience working with pensions, tax, and finance teams is an advantage.
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working to strict deadlines.
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly explain complex payroll topics to stakeholders.
