• In your role as Spares Advisor, you provide essential support to Field Engineers, Sub Contractors and Contact Centre Agents when replacement parts are needed for boiler or central heating repairs.
• You ensure accurate and efficient ordering of replacement parts in line with Vaillant Service processes 
• You will schedule engineer return visits in accordance with service level agreements and maintain clear communication with customers.
• You manage email requests professionally and keep customers informed about ongoing actions.
• You place orders via Salesforce and SAP, ensuring all records are updated and compliant with company standards.
• You promote a positive image of Vaillant Service through professional communication and effective diary management.

• Previous experience in ordering replacement parts for boiler or central heating.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce systems is preferred.
