- In your role as Reporting Analyst, you will develop, maintain and enhance reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights across our Aftersales and Field Service operations.
- By analysing data from customer contact channels, field engineering activities and service performance, you will identify trends, risks and opportunities and present recommendations that support operational decision-making and customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with key stakeholders, your responsibilities will include gathering reporting requirements and translating business needs into impactful reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
- Together with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of service-related data, providing a trusted foundation for reporting.
- You will work with data from various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless integration, accurate consolidation, and effective analysis to deliver comprehensive insights.
- You will proactively review reporting processes across the Aftersales function, identifying opportunities to improve automation, efficiency and the user experience while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What makes us successful together
- You hold a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline, or have equivalent experience in a reporting and analytical environment.
- You have proven experience producing business reports, analysing data and supporting stakeholders with actionable insights in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- You possess strong analytical capabilities, advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI. Experience with SAP, Salesforce and data modelling techniques would be advantageous.
- Exposure to forecasting, performance management, business intelligence reporting and process improvement initiatives would be beneficial.
- You are naturally curious, detail-oriented and proactive, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and communicate insights clearly to a variety of audiences.
- You are able to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations, enabling stakeholders to understand performance and make well-informed decisions.
