- You define and drive the Field Service strategy, aligning operational excellence with business objectives to improve efficiency, support growth and strengthen customer satisfaction.
- Together with an interdisciplinary leadership team, you lead and further develop a large remote workforce, ensuring consistent performance, engagement and a strong, people centred culture.
- By evolving organisational capabilities, you enable the service organisation to support increasingly complex heating systems, including heat pumps and full system solutions.
- You will lead end to end Field Service operations, with clear accountability for performance indicators such as first time fix rate, productivity, utilisation and cost efficiency.
- Through the intelligent use of connectivity and remote diagnostics, you accelerate interventions, reduce revisits and continuously improve the customer journey.
- Acting as a senior ambassador for Field Service, you collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure seamless integration across the entire value chain.

- You hold a degree or an equivalent qualification and bring a strong foundation for strategic and operational leadership.
- You offer several years of experience in a senior leadership role, managing large, remote operational teams with full accountability for results.
- Your profile is characterised by strategic thinking, strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business requirements into effective operational delivery.
- Experience in field service, technical service or a comparable environment will support a strong understanding of customer-centric service delivery.
- You lead with empathy, clarity and conviction, creating trust, accountability and a performance culture across geographically dispersed teams.
- You communicate confidently when engaging with senior stakeholders across the UK and internationally.
