- You will perform a wide range of administrative tasks across multiple communication channels, supporting both our office-based teams and Field Service colleagues in securing timely and accurate job closure.
- After analysing and evaluating daily business requirements, you will interact with Business-to Business and partnership customers, providing reliable, solution oriented support.
- Your responsibilities will include handling Business to Consumer enquiries, where you create positive and empathetic experiences for our end users.
- By collaborating closely with our Field Engineers, you help ensure that all information flows seamlessly, contributing to efficient service delivery.
- Together with an interdisciplinary team, you manage the ordering and coordination of consumables and cross branded spare parts, enabling our operations to run smoothly.
- You will utilise digital tools and data spreadsheets to prepare and dispatch communications to customers, while also providing valuable support to our Customer Care team and performing reception duties within the Service building.
What makes us successful together
- You hold GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English Grade C / 4 or above.
- You have experience working within an administration environment and are familiar with supporting teams both individually and collaboratively.
- Your organisational abilities help you structure tasks efficiently, even in dynamic situations.
- You feel confident navigating spreadsheets and digital tools, and you are open to working with systems such as Salesforce.
- You enjoy supporting others and thrive in an environment where collaboration and communication are key.
- You bring strong written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to continuously develop your knowledge.
