Accountant

What we achieve together

In your role as Senior Accountant:

  • You will be responsible for independently managing the full statutory accounting of one or two limited partnerships, ensuring compliant and accurate financial books that provide a reliable financial picture of the entities.
  • Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly reports in line with International Financial Reporting Standards, enabling transparent, timely and precise reporting to key stakeholders.
  • After analysing and evaluating year‑end data, you will prepare annual financial statements in accordance with the Accounting Act as well as International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • You will independently process VAT and CIT settlements and prepare statutory declarations for the relevant authorities, ensuring full tax compliance for the assigned entities.
  • Together with an interdisciplinary finance team, you will support fixed asset accounting, including maintaining fixed asset registers and overseeing the settlement of assets under construction.
  • By managing general ledger reconciliations, monitoring receivables, preparing payments and providing regular reporting to the Chief Accountant, you will ensure stability and continuity of core financial processes.

 

What makes us successful together

  • Qualification: You hold several years of experience in maintaining full accounting books for a limited liability company or a limited partnership, including the preparation of statutory financial statements.
  • Experience: You bring hands‑on experience in VAT and CIT settlements and in preparing all related statutory tax documentation.
  • Know‑how and skills: You have a solid understanding of tax regulations, including current legislative updates, and you work confidently with the Accounting Act. You are experienced in maintaining fixed asset registers and participating in inventory processes. You are familiar with SAP or similar advanced accounting systems and have. You also have an advanced command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, which enables you to automate and streamline accounting processes.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Streamsoft or accounting for limited partnerships is welcome.
  • Personality:You are reliable, accurate and capable of working under time pressure, especially during monthly and annual closing periods. You enjoy working collaboratively, communicate effectively and contribute positively to a supportive team atmosphere.
  • Language skills: You communicate in English at a functional, professional level, allowing for smooth collaboration in our international organisation.
