In your role as AI Transformation & Change Manager, you drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the Vaillant Group—combining people-focused change with structured project delivery.
- You will enable organization-wide literacy in AI and ethics, establishing training pathways and promoting responsible use across teams
- Your responsibilities will include maintaining a curated catalogue of AI trainings, coordinating learning paths with HR, and facilitating best‑practice sharing across domains
- Together with an interdisciplinary community, you are building and nurturing our AI ambassador network to foster collaboration, department‑specific learning materials and knowledge exchange
- By creating inspiring formats—such as “AI at Vaillant Group” and the “Vaillant AI Forum”—you strengthen community engagement and transparent communication
- Your responsibilities include managing strategic AI projects and subprojects, ensuring planning, resource allocation and budget tracking with our team of Data Scientists and Engineers
- By coordinating RFPs, Proofs of Concept and governance meetings, you keep stakeholders informed and aligned
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You bring a university degree or equivalent in business, social sciences, data/technology or a related field, combined with formal training in change management and project methods
- Experience: You have proven experience enabling large scale adoption of AI, managing cross functional projects and subprojects
- Know-how and skills: You demonstrate strong facilitation, training design and delivery skills, knowledge of responsible AI practices and compliance, and the ability to define and track key performance indicators for adoption, maturity and project impact
- Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft 365, learning platforms and modern data science toolchains, exposure to vendor selection and procurement, and familiarity with solution governance in regulated environments
- Personality: You combine empathy and clarity, communicate with care and confidence, invite diverse perspectives, and inspire sustained behavior change
- Laguage skills: You communicate confidently in German and English at all levels
