Senior Accountant (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Your task will be the independent and autonomous accounting recording of all and sometimes very complex business transactions of the various asset management companies of the Vaillant Family Office
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the independent and autonomous preparation of the HGB annual financial statements for the various asset management companies of the Vaillant Family Office
  • You will work closely with the appointed auditors
  • You will assist in the preparation of company tax returns and contribute to shareholder reporting
  • Your tasks will also include the implementation and monitoring of all payment transactions and liquidity management
  • At the request of the management, you will prepare analyses and evaluations of various kinds
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • You are a certified accountant (m/f/d), have completed a degree or training specialising in finance/accounting, or have sound professional experience in this field
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) using the SAP R3 system
  • You are experienced in the preparation of annual financial statements 
  • You have a basic knowledge of written and spoken English 
  • You are confident in using MS Office (especially MS Excel) and common means of communication (e-mail, Internet) 
  • You are characterised by reliability, trustworthiness and an open, friendly manner 
  • Perseverance, strong communication and organisational skills round off your profile
