IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will ensure that external IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently to meet the requirements of the Vaillant Group
  • You will be responsible for controlling and managing services provided by several external onshore, nearshore and offshore providers, including ERP (SAP) and CRM (SalesForce) systems. 
  • Another task is the control and management of daily SLA-driven operations including (proactive) incident management, sustainable problem solving and structured change management with the support of external and internal resources
  • You will manage IT costs and make business case based decisions on service levels in close coordination with business stakeholders, procurement, contract management and controlling
  • Interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of management, including technical and non-technical professionals, during service disruptions
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • With a degree in business administration/computer science and 3+ years of experience in a similar role, you have the necessary tools of the trade
  • You have experience in working with ITSM processes and operational tools (e.g. Service Now, JIRA). 
  • You are familiar with the relevant IT standards and systems ITIL, IT4IT, ICS, ISO systems etc.
  • You have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with vendors, internal teams and business departments
  • You have a good understanding of the technologies and systems used (SAP and SalesForce solution portfolio)
  • You have a high level of independence and communication skills 
  • You are fluent in English (basic knowledge of German is an advantage)
