Working Student HR

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You participate in the HR documentation circulation process, including scanning documents and maintaining a register of collected docu-ments
  • You support the recruitment process (operating the recruitment system, arranging meetings with candidates)
  • You prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for the needs of the HR Department
  • You support the onboarding process of new employees
  • You support internal initiatives, including employer branding and employee experience campaigns, organization of training and integration events
  • You support the HR Department in everyday tasks in hard and soft HR.
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

 

  • You are a student of 3-5 years of studies in the field of Human Resources Management, Psy-chology, Law, Economics
  • You are available on weekdays during the internship (approx. 3 months)
  • You have very good knowledge of English, min. B2 (must have)
  • You are interested in HR issues
  • You think analytically
  • You are accurate and responsible
  • You know MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
  • You have previous professional experience
