HR Local Budget and Reporting Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Being responsible for creating, analyzing and publishing reports,
  • Preparing local budget files,
  • Analysing HR data in detail on employee level and central adjustments,
  • Preparing monthly premium calculations for the respective departments,
  • Maintaining data in SAP due to the organizational changes,
  • Being responsible for following up HR department budget and prepares actual cost analysis,
  • Analysing of HR data in detail on employee level and central adjustments.

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering etc.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related any analytic and reporting topics.
  • Profound knowledge in Reporting System
  • Advanced MS Office and SAP skills
  • Excellent written and conversational skills in English
  • Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills
  • Having ability for analytical mind, strong planning skills and understanding the value of detailed accuracy
  • Good team player with strong problem-solving skills.
