IT Engineer(Analyst)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Engages with the business and proactively seeks opportunities for IT to deliver business value
- Analyses existing business processes and participates in reengineering efforts
- Uses systematic and documented approach investigates business requirements, and effectively work with International IT team members to translate business needs and process into technical terms, and vice versa
- Participate in design reviews and ensures appropriate business roles are engaged in solution execution
- Negotiates clear service levels for IT services based on business requirements
- Build relationships with business areas by using account management skills, research, listening, effective communication, and presentation
- Influences business areas’ understanding of their own business processes, identifies new opportunities, challenges the status quo, and helps develop recommendation for using IT to improve business process productivity
- Serves as key participant in managing the IT portfolio for the business area (e.g. infrastructure, applications, services)
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Bachelor and above in computer science or related disciplines
- More than 3 years of business solution deployment experience
- More than 3 years of software development or application management experience. Information security or data protection domain is a plus
- Familiar with digital area solutions like Low code platform solution, WeChat solutions and data analysis.
- Experience with Database, administration, performance tuning and troubleshooting on one or more of following: MySQL, SQL Server,.
- Proven expertise in knowledge exchange and liaison between IT and business stakeholders/users.
- Work with group internal and outsourcing teams is required, business fluent English (spoken and written)
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, ability to build strong collaborative relationships.
