Trade Marketing Specialist - Shanghai


  • As a member of Trade marketing team, work with sales force to generate a detailed channel development plan as well as a budget plan. Including, focus area, communication plan, sales ramp-up plan and other actions to support the business/channel development.
  • As the central controller, keep an eye on regional development progress, coordinate on each aspects to support sales force and make the plan happen.
  • Be capable to lead external marketing tools such as mini program, regional public Wechat/video and etc.
  • Be familiar with online communication channels, such as Red, Tiktok, KOL…
  • Be innovative and active on sales campaign, design the campaign, make action plan and work with sales force and dealers to implement it crossing region and country.
  • Be familiar with customer journey, and market insight about HVAC industry is preferred.
  • Internal sales data, and expense analysis
  • Has basic project management skill. Can lead and drive a project with cross-functional team by him/herself.


  • At least 3 year experiences on HVAC field or home appliance industrial on channel marketing, product marketing, strategic marketing or relevant position.
  • Have enough understanding on sales model of home appliance industry. Strong experience on promotion and channel management are preferred.
  • Be passionate, reliable, and responsible to the work.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good at excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Good English skill both of oral and written.
  • Strategic thinking and customer oriented.
  • HVAC or home appliance Marketing/channel background, Marketing Sense, Creative, self-organized, open, hardy, Honest, team-worker
