KA Supervisor - Shanghai
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build up and keep strategic alliance relationships with key accounts includes developer / industry partners and institute, continuously create new contacts at the accounts, with a main focus at the senior management level
- Establish the long-term growth strategy at the account in coordination with other field sales team and organizes sales and marketing activities accordingly
- Work with regional sales team to drive the execution of strategic account projects in the region
- Effectively plan the managed market, identify and acquire new key customers in the region
- Coordinate in big project sales management activity including key account meetings, seminars, shows and presentation of product to provide consulting solution to clients
- Quickly and smoothly solve the key account complaints, handle the customer special requirements, enhance the customer satisfactory
- Take leading position in negotiation regarding all commercial related matters with customers/key accounts
- Coordinate different internal departments to align the best people, processes and tools for the account and deliver optimum coverage to serve the account at all levels
- Complete other task from direct leader
- Undertake sales targets, formulate detailed sales plans and carry out effective project progress management
- Follow up account payment and receivable
- Frequently collect and report customer information, competitor activities at customer side
- Deliver sales report on regular basis
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Bachelor degree and above HVAC and related majors
- Above 5 years sales experience in related industry
- With an understanding of industry Key Performance Indicators, benchmarks, operating costs, and other business related drivers with the capability to translate these into business opportunities.Good English skills and presentation skills
- Capability to build up and maintain good relationship with senior level group
- Experience with large account management in a direct sales environment is a plus. Be adept in communication skills and marketing exploitation
- Good self-starter and team member, good sense of cross departments communication skills
- Strong negotiation, organization and presentation skills;
- English proficiency is a plus.
