Commercial Analysis Supervisor
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Facilitate reaching a consensus between sales and supply chain on the sales forecast
- Be responsible to monthly delivery sales forecast analysis on sales trend/seasonality/abnormal demand/allocation
- Lead sales forecast process to drive sales growth
- Optimize current sales forecast process to drive forecast accuracy
- Monitor MTD/QTD/YTD sales progress to ensure the target hitting
- Lead monthly sales review meeting
- Regular sales performance report to support sales team.
- Be responsible for Vaillant sales report mechanism
- Collaborate cross function to delivery sales daily report in auto way
- Data analysis on project base
- Cooperate with finance team to optimize sales reporting on management level in visible way
- Support to manage sales and dealer's target, and regular tracking target progress, draft dealer contract, policy and KPI.
- Annual SIC (sales incentive program) design and implementation.
- Manage dealer rebate policy and monitor the implementation
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring performance, and disciplinary actions.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Bachelor degree or above
- SAP skill will be a must
- IBP experience is a must
- Good English on reading and writing
- Computer knowledge: good at commanding WORD, EXCEL, PPT;
- BI tool is preferred
- At least 5 years working experience on demand forecast/data analysis/project management
- At least 1 year as a people leader
- BI tool/IT background/will be a plus
- Ability to communicate in English both in written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong, quantitative analytical and problem solving skills
- Good teamwork qualities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Quick and logical thinker
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and change priorities under pressure and uncertainty.
- Decisive, action and results-oriented
