Senior Sales Processes Integration Manager (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Take global ownership of cross functional and cross platform sales processes (including offer management and CRIC) to ensure e2e integrations are planned and managed across Salesforce, SAP, and front end solutions (e.g. web shops, partner portals)
  • Shape the vision, roadmap and growth opportunities for integrated sales topics and processes alongside Global Process Owners for L2O and O2C
  • Work closely with National Sales Companies, and key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Service, and IT to identify pain points, opportunities, and impacts across the Vaillant sales process and digital landscape
  • Capture requirements and ensure backlog of sales integration enhancements is transparent and prioritized
  • Cooperate closely with IT departments, agile development teams and systems architects for conception of Salesforce and SAP solutions
  • International project management and stakeholder communication for technical and content related to implementation of integrated Salesforce and SAP solutions and 3rd party apps
  • Leadership and (budget- and result-) accountable management of international and interdisciplinary projects on group wide 
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Successfully completed university studies in economics or business information technology with focus on business processes
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in CRM implementation projects, desirable in international manufacturing companies and/or B2B/3-tier business models
  • You are experienced in executing agile methodologies, especially Scrum and the theories of KANBAN
  • Project experience around process harmonization and digital trans-formation in lead-to-order processes and relevant ERP / CRM systems (SAP/ Salesforce)
  • Know-how in sales processes 
  • Experience in executing agile methodologies, especially Scrum and the theories of KANBAN
  • Strong organizational, time management & communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
