Quality Engineer (m/f/d) groupwide Production

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As a quality engineer, you will lead the exchange with the quality departments of all national and international production plants of the Vaillant Group with the aim of standardising and evaluating the implementation of our quality methodology
• You assume process responsibility for the quality methods in production (SPQM portfolio)
• You carry out SPQM audits according to ISO 9001 and initiate and follow up structured improvement projects
• You will also be responsible for developing and ensuring the consistent application of the process FMEA methodology.
• You coach the quality departments in quality processes and methods according to SPQM at different locations
• You report directly to the Group Head of Quality Assurance and ensure matrix communication between Group Quality and local plant Quality.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering science
• You can draw on several years of professional experience in the quality area and in production
• Very good knowledge of current quality management systems and methods will help you in your day-to-day work
• Your fluent German and English and your open personality enables you to communicate confidently at all levels
• You are willing to travel (Europe) for occasional visits to all production sites
• Team spirit, organizational talent and a meticulous way of working round off your profile
